We’ve been covering the work of Freddie Black & Ras Beats all year here at TMR, and the duo’s latest track is this impressive retro collaboration with Boston-based rapper M-Dot. ‘Hands Up’ is centred on a huge beat that combines vocal samples with big, crunchy drums. It’s no surprise that this track is so hard-hitting as it comes from two true veterans, but it’s the flow of M-Dot that really shines.
